Terms of Sale:

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 
  • We do NOT ship C.O.D.
  • Once your Order has been submitted, we cannot make changes or additions.  
  • If you are tax exempt in Texas for certain products, you are required to fill out the Resale Form.

Texas Residents:

Texas residence pay 8.25% state sales tax to the total order, unless you have a valid Texas Resale Permit.  You can print Resale Form.

 Additional Shipping Adjustments:

Additional shipping will be added to larger items and oversized boxes.
Shipping charges may be higher for rural areas.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
USPS can ONLY be used when shipping to a P.O. Box.
We ship Monday through Friday No orders are shipped out on the weekends or Holidays.  Do not estimate weekends and holidays when estimating your delivery time. UPS does not factor weekends and holidays into their delivery time estimation.
All estimations provided are to the continental United States.
Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all taxes.

International Customers:  Customers will be contacted via e-mail regarding their shipping charges.

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package in the Continental United States.

Return Policy

 

All merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected before shipping.  Upon Acceptance of the shipment, the carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery.  If you receive a shipment from us with damaged merchandise (including concealed damage) please do as follows:

  • Accept the shipment in its entirety, including the damaged cartons.

  • Retain all shipping cartons and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.

  • If received via UPS: Call Jemco at 713-541-4242 within 10 days of ship date.

  • If received via FEDEX: Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) within 10 days of ship date for instructions.

  • If received via Airborne: Call 1-800-Airborn (1-800-247-2676) within 10 days of ship date for instructions

  • If received via Truck Line: Call truck line for an inspection report.

Do not deduct claims for damage or loss from our invoice or withhold payment without our authorization.

 

Returns:

  • You must call Jemco (713.541.4242) for a return authorization number within 30 days of ship date.

  • The return authorization number must be on the outside of the Boxes) of the shipment being sent back to us or it will be refused.

Returns are allowed at the discretion of Jemco.  Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging.  Custom and printed items are not returnable.  A 30% restocking fee will be charged.
