Jewelry Equipment Mfg Co gladly accepts returns and exchanges of new, unused, and unopened merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Customers must contact 713-541-4242 to let us know you want to return or exchange your item(s) before sending them to us.  Include a copy of the packing list and carefully package your items before returning to us.  Failing to include a copy of your packing slip will delay processing your return and may not insure proper credit.  We will carefully inspect your item upon return and will contact you about the return status.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges to us.

All returns and/or exchanges must be received by  Jewelry Equipment Mfg Co within 30 days of the receipt of the item(s) by the customer.  Your return will be credited to your account in the same method in which it was paid to Jemco USA .  In the event of an exchange, you will be contacted by Jemco USA for payment for any difference owed on the new order.

Custom orders or special orders are NOT returnable. 

All orders of sale merchandise are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted.
